Terms of Use

Orders

You need to sign in to place an order, so you can track it from My Orders. When you place an order, you're offering to buy the items in your bag. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or product detail was shown incorrectly, or if we can't deliver to your pincode. If you've already paid for a cancelled order, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and offers

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Offers apply as shown on the site at the time of your order and may change or end at any time.

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order across India. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location and our courier partners.

Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 2 days of delivery, as set out in our shipping and returns policy, which also explains fees and how refunds are paid.

Product photos and sizes

We photograph our clothes as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are labelled by age; check our kids size chart before you order.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate delivery details. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, placing fake orders or copying its content at scale. The Kiddos India name, logo, photos and text belong to us and may not be reused without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
