Return and Refund Policy

1. Hassle-free returns within 2 days.
2. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
3. COD orders receive refund as store credit/gift card/coupon code.
4. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. A reverse shipment fee of ₹199 is charged, which will be deducted from the refund.

How to return an item

1. Open My orders, choose the order and tap Return items within 2 days of delivery.
2. Pick the items and tell us why. We book a Shadowfax pickup from your address, and you can follow it on the same page.
3. Once the items reach us, we refund what you paid for them, less the ₹199 return fee, to your original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to our team at team@kiddosindia.com with your order number.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (for prepaid orders). If COD was used, the refund will be processed as store credit/gift card/coupon code.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at team@kiddosindia.com.
