Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details. Your mobile number when you sign in with a code sent by SMS, and your name if you add it. Your name and email address when you sign in with Google. We don't ask shoppers for a password.
• Order details. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address and pincode, the items you order, the amount and the payment method you choose.
• Messages. Your name, email and message when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
• Your shopping bag and wishlist. Your bag and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage. When you're signed in, they're also saved to your account so they're there when you sign in on another device.
• Saved addresses. Delivery addresses you save are kept in your account, with the name and mobile number for each, until you edit or delete them.
• Sign-in cookie. When you sign in, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes it.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which products are viewed or bought. It uses cookies and receives information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to learn which of our Instagram and Facebook ads lead to visits and orders, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. It uses cookies and receives the pages you visit and the products you view, add to your bag or buy. When you place an order, we also tell Meta about the purchase, with your phone number, email, name, city and pincode scrambled (hashed) first so Meta can match it to an ad without receiving them in readable form.
• How pages are used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see where visitors tap and scroll, through heatmaps and recordings of visits, so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Text you type, and your name, address, phone number and order details, are hidden from these recordings.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We don't see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking password.

How we use it

• To take, pack and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To let you sign in and see your order history.
• To answer your questions and send updates about your orders.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To measure and improve our ads on Instagram and Facebook.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Razorpay, our payment gateway, receives your name, email, phone number and order amount to process your payment.
• Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Our SMS provider, MSG91, receives your mobile number and the sign-in code to send you the SMS.
• Google processes your sign-in when you choose "Sign in with Google".
• Our contact-form service delivers the messages you send us to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider stores the website and its data.
• Google Analytics receives usage data as described above.
• Microsoft Clarity receives usage data and visit recordings as described above.
• Meta (Instagram and Facebook) receives ad measurement data as described above.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account details while your account is active, and order records for as long as we need them to handle returns and for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, where we don't need to keep it by law;
• withdraw consent you have given, for example to marketing messages.

Children

We sell clothing for children, but our accounts and checkout are meant for parents and other adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted on its way to our servers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Please also read our terms of use and shipping and returns policy.
